Equipment composition and configuration description

The production line can produce PE / PP double wall bellows with a maximum outer diameter of 1200mm. The installed capacity of the production line is 1100kw and the common power is 710KW. Cooling water requirements: ≤ 15 ℃, 0.2-0.3mpa, 0.7m3/min. Compressed air requirements: 0.3m3/min, ≥ 0.6MPa. The overall dimension of the production line is about 35m × 7m × 4m ( L*W*H)

Sj-75 / 36 single screw extruder (inner layer extrusion) 1 set

1.1 screw diameter: 75mm;

1.2 length diameter ratio of screw: 36:1;

1.3 screw speed: 11-110r / min;

1.4 material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitriding and grinding;

1.5 driving power: 110KW, DC motor, DC speed regulation;

1.6 screw structure: high efficiency barrier screw with special mixing section, which greatly improves the plasticization quality and output;

1.7 barrel structure: Advanced asymmetric slotting barrel design, with water cooling system with automatic temperature control at the feed inlet, which can double the conveying efficiency of the feed section;

1.8 reduction gearbox: the reduction gearbox adopts vertical structure, and the cooling mode is forced circulating oil cooling, with circulating water cooling system. High torque, low noise, hard tooth surface gear, gear grinding process, plus heavy thrust bearing;

1.9 automatic feeder and dryer: imported from Taiwan Xinyi. The automatic feeder is of inductive design, with a conveying capacity of 500kg / hand a material shortage alarm function. The dryer adopts the integrated design of drying and material storage, automatic temperature control and intelligent display, with a hopper volume of 150L and all stainless steel lining.

1.10 temperature control: PCC control system, double PID temperature control, temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃.

1.11 speed control: PCC control system, stable and stepless adjustment of operation speed, and synchronous adjustment of several equipment.

1.12 the extruder is equipped with moving guide rail and center height adjustment device.
